I want to empower leaders everywhere with all they need to create easy action in ambiguity.
I’m bringing approaches I used with the world’s most recognized companies—IDEO, Google, John Deere, Old Navy—to everyone who wants them. I’m an expert in identifying the next right light action for teams and leaders. And I’m passing that expertise on.
My expertise came through my decade at IDEO, where I built and ran the Venture Design practice and my stint as VP of innovation at Old Navy, where co-created the re-launch of a underperforming business.
This isn’t just design. I’ve leveraged the neuroscience of what keeps us from moving as well as tools of creativity, curiosity, and speed to help leaders create confidence and momentum in ambiguity.
Besides writing regularly in my own publication, I’ve written for Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur Magazine, and more. And spoken/taught at SXSW, IDEOU, and beyond.
Recording will be sent to all who register, even if you can’t make it live.
